The new Inter-M CD-6208
is more than just your average commercial CD player; this multi-source audio
media player offers a whole host of clever digital audio format playback
features.
Virtual 6 CD Changer:
What might seem to be a single CD player slot; the new
CD-6208 allows content from CDs to be stored onto its internal memory card,
allowing up to 6 full audio CDs to be stored, therefore providing a ‘virtual’ 6
CD changer.
Not only does this reduce the need for CDs to be stored
onsite, but also reduces mechanical parts for improved product life and also
significantly increases track / ‘CD’ access speed.
USB Playback:
Using the USB input on the front of the unit, the CD-6208
supports MP3 / WMV / WAV audio file playback from a USB memory stick.
CD Player:
Don’t worry – let’s keep things simple! It’s still a
conventional CD player too! Featuring 3-beam pick-up professional mechanism,
this is a robust CD player for when you just want to pop in a CD and press
play.
Instant Play:
The Inter-M CD-6208 CD / Multi Media Player features 10 x
instant playback buttons allow for immediate access and playback of stored
audio files (Using the virtual CD Changer feature). This instant playback
feature is ideal for frequently used tracks, messages, audio advertising, etc.
Pitch Control and
Cue:
The Inter-M Audio Player also features Pitch Control
allowing for adjustment of playback speed of CDs, tracks stored to the virtual
CD Changer, tracks stored on a USB memory stick, etc. Playback speed can be
adjusted by ±15% in increments of 0.1%. Cue function allows for instant start
of audio track playback.
Auto Play Function:
Allows any track / audio files stored on the internal memory
or a connected USB stick to be automatically be played when the CD-6208 is
powered up.
RS-232 Control Port:
The CD-6208 supports RS-232 connectivity for integration
with AV control systems such as AMX / Crestron / Inter-M & 3rd Party
control systems.
